Report a Concern Sixth Form Enrolment 2025
If you are interested in enrolling for a place at the Haberdashers' Borough Academy Sixth Form for September 2025, you should look to attend our Sixth Form Enrolment day on Thursday 21st August 2025.
You can attend between 8.00am - 2.30pm, arriving to the Academy reception.

What Should I Bring?
You should look to bring with you:
- Photographic ID - Such as a passport, or ID card.
- Your GCSE Results Slip
Do I need a parent or carer to attend?
Parents are welcome, but do not need to attend the enrolment session.
What are your entry requirements?

What if I want to change my course choices?
We understand that students may wish to change choices, and are happy to facilitate those conversations at interview
I am keen to enrol, but cannot attend the enrolment day?
Please contact our Head of Sixth Form, Dr. Kearns via email at boroughsixthform@habstrustsouth.org.uk. We will do our best to accommodate another enrolment time.
KEY INFORMATION
The first day of term for Year 12 pupils is Wednesday 3rd September from 11.00am. Pupils will receive a bespoke induction day, learning more about life in our Sixth Form.
Lessons begin with effect from Thursday 4th September.
