TOM HOWELLS

 PRINCIPAL

Mr Howells is the Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy. He has worked as part of the Trust since 2021, previously leading the School Improvement team across the Secondary schools within our Trust. He is an English teacher, and has a particular interest in curriculum, teaching and learning. 

 JANAKI MONK

 SENIOR VICE PRINCIPAL

Ms Monk is Senior Vice Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy. She joined the Trust in 2014, initially as Vice Principal at Haberdashers’ Hatcham College.  She has expertise in several areas which include Music, SEND, Safeguarding and Behaviour. 

Ms. Monk is responsible for the Quality of Education, with a focus on Curriculum, Teaching and Learning and Inclusion.

 EUAN PATERSON

 VICE PRINCIPAL

Mr Paterson is Vice Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy. He has worked for the Trust for some time, initially as Assistant Principal at Hatcham College. He embarked on an overseas adventure as Deputy Head of School at GEMS Cambridge International in Uganda, before returning to Borough Academy.

Mr Paterson is responsible for Behaviour, Safeguarding and Welfare at the Academy. He is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Ms Jameel is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.   

Ms Jameel is responsible for Attendance, Punctuality and Key Stage 3 provision across the Academy.

 ANDRE EDWARDS

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Mr Edwards is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Mr Edwards is responsible for Behaviour and Attitudes and Key Stage 4 provision across the Academy.

 CARLY HOLNESS

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Ms Holness is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Ms Holness is responsible for Personal Development across the Academy. This includes enrichment, trips and visits, PSHE and student leadership.

IVORY-JOHNSON

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Ms Ivory is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Ms Ivory is responsible for Curriculum and Assessment, and plays a central role in the Quality of Education team. 

KERRY MURASZKO

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Ms Muraszko is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Ms Muraszko is responsible for Raising Standards across the Academy, with a particular focus on assessment, examinations and interventions.

CHARLOTTE KEARNS

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Dr. Kearns is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Dr. Kearns is responsible for leading the Sixth Form provision across the Academy.
