TOM HOWELLS

 PRINCIPAL

Mr Howells is the Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy. He has worked as part of the Trust since 2021, previously leading the School Improvement team across the Secondary schools within our Trust. He is an English teacher, and has a particular interest in curriculum, teaching and learning. 

 JANAKI MONK

 SENIOR VICE PRINCIPAL

Ms Monk is Senior Vice Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy. She joined the Trust in 2014, initially as Vice Principal at Haberdashers’ Hatcham College.  She has expertise in several areas which include Music, SEND, Safeguarding and Behaviour. 

Ms. Monk is responsible for the Quality of Education, with a focus on Curriculum, Teaching and Learning and Inclusion.

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Mr Ritchie is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.   

Mr Ritchie is responsible for Attendance, Punctuality and Key Stage 3 provision across the Academy.

 CARLY HOLNESS

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Ms Holness is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Ms Holness is responsible for Welfare and Personal Development across the Academy. She is the Academy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Ms Ivory-Johnson is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Ms Ivory-Johnson is responsible for Curriculum and Assessment, and plays a central role in the Quality of Education team. 

CHARLOTTE KEARNS

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Dr. Kearns is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Dr. Kearns is responsible for leading the Sixth Form provision across the Academy.

PEPPERRELL

Mr Pepperrell is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Mr Pepperrell is responsible for leading on behaviour and attitudes and oversees our KS4 provision. 

AARON SENESSIE

 ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Mr Senessie is the Assistant Principal at Haberdashers’ Borough Academy.

Mr Senessie is responsible for leading on raising standards, with a particular focus on Year 11 and 13.
